About Eva

I’m Eva - a full-time writer, meditation guide, and creator of MOLE Mindful Life.
For years, I searched for ways to feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced - through fitness, wellness, counselling studies, nature, and mindfulness. But what changed everything wasn’t doing more.
It was learning to slow down. To listen. To treat myself with the same kindness I offered everyone else.
Now I create the kinds of meditations, words, and quiet spaces I once needed myself - so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Think of me less as a coach…and more as someone walking beside you.

Why "MOLE"?

The mole moves gently beneath the surface. It doesn’t rush. It feels its way forward.
For me, it’s a reminder that the real treasures are found within - not by forcing, but by softly digging deeper. That’s what you’re invited to do here.
Slow down. Tune in. Come home to yourself.

There’s nothing you have to become here. You’re already enough.

Welcome,
Eva
